How are my items shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on your preference. Expedited/overnight shipping is also available. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote.
What happens if your order is damaged or lost?
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged via USPS Mail. Insurance is available for an additional $1.70.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Once your order has been placed, the order will be shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). All products are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and will take another 5-7 days once shipped, for an estimated total number of 10 days or less. If you are in a rush for a special occasion, please reach out and send us an email and we will be glad to let you know if we can accomodate your request.
Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% tax to their order total.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover through the checkout process. We also accept money orders, payment must be received within 7 days or your order will be cancelled unless we are notified of your delay and have given approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes but for an additional fee. We use USPS International First Class Mail for all our international shipments. However, we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments and customers are responsible for duties and fees, if applicable.
What is your policy on undeliverable packages?
All undeliverable packages that require re-shipment at the customer's request are subject to a re-shipment charge equivalent to the original shipping costs. Undeliverable packages include: unclaimed packages, refusal of packages, customer negligence and any misinformation or typos on the part of the customer.
What is your policy regarding cancellations?
Provided that your order has not left the warehouse, your order may be cancelled or changed.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We warrant our products for any defects in workmanship or flaws in the material and will repair or replace them at no cost to you if you find something wrong in within the first 7 days.
If an error has been made on our part, we will refill your order and deliver the items back to you at no charge. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for approval of the return, and the item(s) must be shipped back to us for exchange within 7 days. We recommend you send the collar back to us insured, as we do not cover losses due to the USPS.
Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their designer collar. Collars are not warranted against excessive wear and tear such as extreme pulling, chewing or scratching and should not be used as tie-out collars. Therefore, rhinestones could certainly pop out if owners allow rough play while wearing their collars, and as such, this is not covered by our policy. Personalized name collars are not returnable unless there is an error on Collar Me Chic's behalf.
If you have ordered a wrong size we will work with you to get you into the right collar, send us an email and we will be glad to see what we can do, additional shipping charges may apply.
All other returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be credited.
